Freshness Guarantee

All our chocolates are made with the freshest ingredients available.

Our raw chocolate is organically grown, and we use organic sweet cream, organic butter, and organic flavorings in our ganache.

Because we choose not to use preservatives, these chocolates are best eaten within a few days of receiving them. If you wish to keep them longer than a week, please refrigerate in a MOISTURE-FREE container.

If the chocolate develops a "bloom" which is a light brown discoloration, it is still perfectly fine to eat. The bloom is due to moisture getting to the chocolate.

If you are ever dissatisfied with our chocolate, please email us. We will gladly refund your money or send you a replacement.
